2¡Features
SP-21 is a LLDPE-based masterbatch containing 80% calcium carbonate. It is grayish white with excellent dispersibility.
b¡¢It can be mixed with PE/PP resin for film blowing, casting, extrusion etc. and is easy to disperse with good co***tibility. It functions as a modifier to improve the heat resistance, slip resistance, size stability, printability and texture. It also reduces heat release from burning, thus prevents secondary environmental pollution.
3¡¢Processing suggestions
a¡¢General dosage recommended at 5~50 PHR with variation according to the products.
b¡¢The processing temperature is set according to resin¡¯s processing temperature and it applies well among 220¡À40¡æ.
